A free invoice maker for Pakistani businesses
InvoiceMate is an invoicing app for shops, service businesses and freelancers in Pakistan. Make a professional invoice in Rupees in under a minute, send it to your customer on WhatsApp, and see at a glance who has paid and who still owes you — all from your phone, in English or Urdu.
What a good invoice in Pakistan includes
Whether you run an electronics shop, a repair service or a freelance business, a clear invoice gets you paid faster. InvoiceMate puts all of this on every invoice for you:
- Your business details — name, address, phone and logo, entered once.
- Your NTN or tax number, and your customer's, when you add them.
- An invoice number and date, numbered automatically (INV-000001, INV-000002…), plus a due date.
- Items with quantity and rate, discounts, and a tax percentage per item — the app works out the tax, subtotal and total in Rupees.
- Payment status — paid, partly paid, unpaid or overdue — with every payment you record.
If your business is registered for sales tax, check the Federal Board of Revenue's current requirements for a sales tax invoice; InvoiceMate lets you show your registration number and the tax rate and amount on each invoice.
