Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the InvoiceMate mobile app and website (“InvoiceMate”), provided by PAKMALLZ (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using InvoiceMate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use InvoiceMate.

1. The service

InvoiceMate lets you manage customers and products, create invoices and quotations, generate PDF documents, share them, and record payments. Optional Pro features include additional templates, documents without the InvoiceMate watermark, automatic WhatsApp delivery, Quick Invoice, and working with a team. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information when you register and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away at yasirmirza820@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to it.

3. Your data and your documents

The business, customer and invoice data you enter belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide InvoiceMate to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and quotations, including prices, taxes and customer details, and for meeting the tax and accounting rules that apply to your business. InvoiceMate is a tool for creating documents; it is not tax, legal or accounting advice.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• InvoiceMate Pro and Pro Team are paid subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Pro includes a team of up to 5 people and Pro Team up to 15, the owner included. The price and what is included are shown in the app before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their policies. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• The Free plan includes a monthly limit on invoices and quotations. If a subscription ends, your data stays available and Free plan limits apply again; team members other than the owner can no longer open the business until it is renewed.

5. Teams

The owner of a business can invite managers and salespeople with invite codes and decides what they can do. The owner is responsible for the people they invite and for what they do in the business, and can remove them at any time. Documents a member created stay with the business after they leave. Invite codes are for the people you mean to invite — don't share them publicly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• issue fraudulent, misleading or unlawful invoices or quotations;
• send spam or unwanted messages, including through the WhatsApp feature, or message people who have not agreed to hear from you;
• upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful or harmful;
• try to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

7. Third-party services

Some features rely on services we do not control, including Google Play, the Apple App Store, Google and Apple sign-in, Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, your phone's speech recognition and Groq (for Quick Invoice AI voice). WhatsApp automation uses your own WhatsApp Business account: you must follow Meta's terms and policies, and Meta may bill you directly for messages. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of these services.

8. Intellectual property

InvoiceMate, including its software, design, templates and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your business while you follow these Terms.

9. Availability and disclaimer

We work to keep InvoiceMate available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Please keep your own copies of important documents.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of InvoiceMate. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for InvoiceMate in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using InvoiceMate at any time and delete your account as described on our account deletion page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud or abuse.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. If you keep using InvoiceMate after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
