- Put your business name, address, phone and NTN at the top — once, then save the file as your template.
- Give every invoice the next number (INV-0001, INV-0002…), the date and a due date.
- Write who it's billed to, then each item with quantity and rate. In Excel, the amount, subtotal, total and balance due work themselves out.
- Enter any discount and tax as amounts. When part is paid, write it in Paid — the balance due follows.
- Add your payment terms and bank account, sign, and send it as a PDF.

What should an invoice include in Pakistan?
